While the town of Westwood is a bustling and trendy hub, it is also a community enriched with history and tradition. Town activities are centered around the Westwood Memorial Park and Gazebo located across from the Train Station at the corner of Broadway and Washington Avenues.











Here residents can not only enjoy the park benches but in the warmer months the town offers free cocncerts in the Park as well. There are ponds, pathways, wooded areas as well as tennis courts, basketball courts, bicycle paths and playgrounds sprinkled throughout the community.

At the corner of Westwood & Harrington Avenue and Kinderkamack Road (also known as the Five Corners) proudly stands a Fireman's Memorial. This statue was dedicated to the past and present members of the Westwood Fire Department. At the center of town stands a Veteran's Memorial devoted to those whose lives were lost in service to their country.
